Plastic abrasives are well effective in clearing off the paint without a single scratch on the inner surface. Sandblasting doesn't deliver apposite results if there is any insufficiency in the sandblaster and discrepancy in the choice of abrasive for a particular task.
Sandblasting still holds the name despite the implementation of alternate materials as abrasives. The efficacy of sandblasting is reflected not only in its ability to remove paint but also in its ability to carve and design glass and plastic surfaces.
